Bubbling under....

So as I have been whipping up new scent concoctions, it's been getting a teeny bit crazy over here.. each time a new idea pops in my head and I try hard not to get my focus diverted. I get too excited with these things haha. Well right now the main focus is to get my first batch of ideally ten... yes TEN different heavenly scented soaps out for sale by early November! Yay. 

I do realise it got a little quiet over here which got some of my eager beaver fellow soapaddicts asking me what's going on... thing is Cold processed soap takes around four to six weeks to cure, and thus the anxiety and silence. It's all being done in good time and will be ready to be in your lovely showers real real soon... so you can skip skip skip to your loo hahah.

I am looking at keeping the packaging for my debut batch simple using biodegradable packaging and twine.. we'll see how that goes.

Our Brand New Flyer!!

I love big fluffy clouds!! And cloudspotting just happens to be one of my favourite things to do.. hehe. What's the connection? Well, I hardly ever say this to anyone since not many in Singapore actually know much about cloudspotting... I think only one or two people near and dear actually know this about me. 


So anyway, I asked a graphic designer friend to come up with a poster and logo for SOUL, and have been waiting eagerly to see what he comes up with. I have seen alot of his work and know that as passionate as I am about my soaps, he is about his design work. I hardly gave him much to work with and minimal information about what I required from the flyer..... and boy did I get a lovely surprise in my e-mailbox today!!! I shouldn't say much more .... here it is!!

Escape in the Shower....

How so often has a nice warm shower made a really bad day seem so much more bearable... I can recall many days when a real good shower and sweetest smelling soap has made me feel like I washed all my worries away. And what better feeling than coming out of the shower smelling like dessert? 


I discovered my love for natural soaps and shower gels one day while I chanced upon some videos on natural handmade soap. I made some for myself the very next day and I was so pleasantly surprised and in no time I was addicted! I was always hunting for delish smelling soaps and fragrances and have a bathroom now filled with soaps and gels ranging from vanilla, lavender, cinnamon and coffee..... oh yum yum yum. 


No commercially bought soap has given me the kind of results I was looking for and more often than not.. as wonderful as the fragrances smelt in the shower, the moment you step out of the bathroom it's all gone... sob sob. And THAT does not happen with handmade soaps. Why? Cos it's made with the best essential oils and more so handmade with so much love to pamper the largest organ in your body.. your skin......


So here I am to share all the goodness with you!!! Spreading the love I am! 
Real real soon you can expect to see superior quality handmade soaps up for grabs for you to start lathering away in the most yummiest smelling varieties!!
